Just a sample of the cards I am making to put in my customer's orders! I know its not perfect, but I'm a scrapbooker and just getting into the card side of things, so bare with me!
I am a 'scrapbooking supplies collector' so it was very hard to cut into all my pretty paper!! But I did it! :) YAY me.

National Scrapbook Day
Looking forward to going to my NSB event this year! Tomorrow! Am really excited, yet dreading it. We are supposed to have severe weather tomorrow, storms, tornados, heavy winds! But its prepaid so I feel like I NEED to go - besides I have projects I need to get done - have a tag swap due Monday on "the Beach" and 2 albums due by mother's day! Can you say YIKES? Being sick to weekends in a row hasn't helped in the 'scrapping' department either so its put me majorly behind! Anyways, nuff of that - here are some layouts I did earlier this year and still on my camera card! Time to get them off so I can upload new ones!

Big Bugs
Want to share with you my layouts of our adventure to our local Botanical Gardens "Big Bugs" exhibition. I took 2 of my granddaughters, Emma and Savannah, my mom and my youngest daughter with me. Savannah was terrified of the big bugs and wouldn't get near them, Emma on the other hand wanted to get on top of them! In the Butterfly house - the girls enjoyed the pretty butterflies and turtles were a big hit. But again, Savannah was terrified whenever a butterfly would get near her. Thanks for looking.

My Scrapbook Area
Saturday I worked all day in rearranging my scrapbooking area. Since the top of my folding table was beginning to warp and was warping my magnetic mat that I work on I decided to utilize my sewing cabinet for my table top. Since I don't sew much at all anymore, I put my machines away (if needed I can put them on the dining room table if I get in the mood to sew) and moved the cabinet & table around. I put a thin MDF board to cover the 'hole' for the sewing machine. And it works out perfect for me. This is a sewing cabinet my daddy built for my move over 40 years ago.
My bookshelves that seperates my scrapbook area from my bedroom area.
I took a ClosetMaid shoe rack and made it my printer stand. Works perfect for me - I have room for my printer & then I have a shelf underneath to hold my printer paper & plain cardstock. And a shelf under that to hide all the electrical cords. I also have my computer & my Cricut on this table. Underneath I have all my 'extra speciality' paper, paper kits, and other items I don't use everyday.

I found this cute ClosetMaid cabinet at Target for only $5 - it doesn't match my other furniture, but for $5 I couldn't just leave it on the shelf at Target. So it came home with me. I put it together myself (go me) and have my Cricut cartridges and Xyron products in there!

This last cabinet holds all my other supplies, my inks, pads, Sizzix sidekick (which I need to sell)
and see all thoes 'plastic cases' on the top shelf? Those are layouts I've done (2005 - 2009) that have not found themselves in my albums yet. But since I am a Chronological scrapbooker I want to get all the layouts done, sorted by event/month and then put them in the albums.
So this is my 'haven' I have all for myself. And the best part - I have room for 2 people to join me and we could have our own mini crop! How cool is that?

Thanks for looking.
Ta-ta till next time.
